All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 3–5 business days before dispatch.


🚚 Shipping Timelines

United States
Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx.
Estimated delivery time: 15–20 business days after processing.

International Orders
Estimated delivery time: 15–30 business days, depending on your location and fulfillment center.

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, high-volume periods, or unforeseen global delays.


🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
You can also track your order anytime through our Track Your Order page.


Cancellations & Address Changes

Orders can be canceled or updated within 24 hours of purchase.

To cancel, email us with the subject line:
“CANCEL MY ORDER”

Address change requests must also be submitted within 24 hours.
Once an order has shipped, modifications are no longer possible.

🚪 Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will attempt delivery up to two times.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your package to prevent returns or delays.

• A clear photo of the issue

We’ll arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible.
